Club Field Trips - 2022

Monthly field trips occur on the first Friday of the month and Sunday field trips occur every other month, times as indicated. All participants are asked to sign the attendance book. Field trips will proceed irrespective of the weather. Leaders will always turn up except for venues at risk during high fire danger warnings. Wear sturdy shoes and bring along the following - Binoculars, Hat, Sunscreen, Insect repellent, Water, Morning tea and lunch plus a chair. A field guide is optional.Please note the club is unable to accept those under 18 years of age at field trips unless accompanied by an adult.

    Fri 1st: AGM: Sancrox Reserve Picnic Shelter, Colvin St, Sancrox. Meet 1:00pm. Map Link

    Sun 17th: Googik Track. Meet 08:30 at the Lake Rd entrance opposite the settling ponds. Woodland birds. Gradient: Level. Leaders: Terry & Elaine McCarthy.

    Fri 5th: Kattang NR. Meet 08:30am at the reserve car park, Bergalia Ct, Camden Head. Map Link Gradient: Variable with some steep sections. Woodland, Sea and Shorebirds. Leaders: Sue Proust & Peter West.

    Sun 21st: North Shore. Meet 08:30 in Dolphin Ct, just opposite on the left after exiting the Settlement Point ferry. Map Link Gradient: Level. Woodland & Seabirds. Leader: Fran Smith.
