Club Field Trips - 2022

Monthly field trips occur on the first Friday of the month and Sunday field trips occur every other month, times as indicated. All participants are asked to sign the attendance book. Field trips will proceed irrespective of the weather. Leaders will always turn up except for venues at risk during high fire danger warnings. Wear sturdy shoes and bring along the following - Binoculars, Hat, Sunscreen, Insect repellent, Water, Morning tea and lunch plus a chair. A field guide is optional.Please note the club is unable to accept those under 18 years of age at field trips unless accompanied by an adult.

  • May

    Fri 6th: Hat Head. Meet 08:00 Hat Head Caravan car park end of Straight St. Woodland and Seabirds. Gradient: Variable. Leaders: Peter & Julia Hudd.

  • June

    Fri 3rd: Dunbogan STP and A.McCombie's property. Meet 08:30 at Reid St Park, the western end of the Dunbogan Bridge. Woodland and Waterbirds. Gradient: Easy. Leaders: Sue Proust and Peter West.

    Sun 19th: Lake Cathie Village and Lakeside Tracks. Meet 08:30 at the Lake Cathie Foreshore Reserve car park, Ocean Drive. Woodland, Wetland and Shorebirds. Gradient: Easy. Leader: Ken Monson.

  • July

    Fri 1st: AGM: Sancrox Reserve Picnic Shelter, Colvin St, Sancrox. Meet 1:00pm.
