Club Field Trips - 2023
Monthly field trips occur on the first Friday of the month and Sunday field trips occur every other month, times as indicated.
All participants are asked to sign the attendance book. Field trips will proceed irrespective of the weather. Leaders will always turn up except for venues at risk during high fire danger warnings. Wear sturdy shoes and bring along the following - Binoculars, Hat, Sunscreen, Insect repellent, Water, Morning tea and lunch plus a chair. A field guide is optional. Please note the club is unable to accept persons under 18 years of age at field trips unless accompanied by an adult.

Fri 6th: Partridge Creek/Munday's Farm/Bassett's Farm. Meet 08:00 at the corner, southern side of Hastings River Drive and Fernbank Creek Rd. (Map Link) Woodland and Waterbirds. Leader: Clive Meadows.
Sun 22nd: Links and Plot Tracks. Meet 08:00am at the layby on left of Ocaen Drive just south of the Pozieres Village turnoff on the right, For those coming north along Ocean Drive, the layby is on the right just after the speed reduction to 70kmh road sign.(Map Link). Sun 19th: Kooloonbung NR and Port sewage treatment ponds. Meet 08:00am at the Guide Hall carpark, Hollingsworth St. Port Macquarie.(Map Link). Woodland & Waterbirds. Gradient: Level.
